PARKING CHANGES 2024
The pay to park lot across from the old Spenger’s at 1920 Fourth Street is NO LONGER AVAILABLE for customers to use. Instead, please feel free to park at the UC lot at the corner or Virginia and Fourth. It is open to the public, pay to park lot.

COSTUMED CHARACTERS - meet and greet an array of costumed characters and actors such as: Snow Queen on stilts, Renaissance Kitty, a talking compost pile, and a huge walking tree on stilts.
