Bring the family and join us for our annual Halloween celebrations on Fourth Street! We decorate the street and welcome all costumed kids to trick or treat at over 80 merchant shops. The festival will be on Delaware at Fourth Street with all sorts of free activities and entertainment for everyone !

FREE & FUN FESTIVITIES on Delaware at Fourth Street -3 FACE PAINTERS -SCARY HAIR BOOTH by Keter Salon (remember come to the festival on Delaware street, not their salon) -ART BOOTH by the amazing staff of Monkey Business Camp -LIVE MUSIC by PJay Smik Smak & the Cliffnottes -BUBBLE SHOW -COSTUMED CHARACTERS: Cat in the Hat, Snow Queen on stilts, Daniel Tiger, Elsa, a talking compost pile ;) skeleton on stilts, fancy roller skater and a really tall Jack and Sally! Thanks to Giant Puppets Save the World for some of our characters!
